Get in touch
WhatsApp +971 50 7034051, call us, or fill in the contact form on any service or location page. Tell us your community, plot size if known, and what you're trying to do (maintenance contract, full design, hardscape, irrigation rebuild, etc.).
- 2
Free site visit
We schedule a 30–60 minute visit, usually within 3–5 working days. A designer or maintenance lead measures the space, photographs key zones, checks soil and drainage, and discusses goals. No charge, no obligation. This is different from a formal site inspection, a separate, more detailed survey that costs AED 500, ask us if that's what you need instead.
- 3
Written quote within 48 hours
We send a written quote within 48 hours of the site visit, with the scope of work described in plain language and no hourly billing. Written, itemised quote. The price only changes if you ask for extra work or the site conditions differ, and we agree any change in writing first. Quotes are valid for 30 days. VAT is shown separately.
- 4
Approve and schedule
Reply to the quote to approve. For larger projects we split payments into milestones: a deposit on contract, a payment on materials delivery, and the balance on completion. Maintenance contracts start within 3 to 5 days of approval; design-and-build projects begin after a short design phase.
- 5
Handover and aftercare
On completion we walk you through the work and explain how to look after your plants. Maintenance contract clients see the same team each visit; design clients get aftercare advice and an optional ongoing maintenance plan.
