What affects the final price for any landscaping project?
Plot size and access
A large villa garden typically costs less per square metre than a small courtyard due to economies of scale, but ground-floor villas with vehicle access cost less than high-rise apartments where every bag of soil requires a service lift.
Soil condition and prep
Some Dubai areas have sandy fill that holds plants well. Others have compacted desert sand or saline groundwater that requires soil rebuilding with imported topsoil. Soil condition is always assessed during the free site visit.
Plant selection
Heat-tolerant natives such as date palm, ghaf, neem, and oleander are affordable and durable. Imported or specialty species cost significantly more per plant and require more intensive care, especially in Dubai's climate.
Irrigation complexity
A small drip system for a few plants is a modest investment. A full villa irrigation system with sprinklers, drip lines, controller, sensors, and zoning is a larger scope. The right solution for your garden is assessed on site.
Hardscape complexity
Plain interlock paving is straightforward and cost-effective. Natural stone, cantilevered features, custom built-ins, and integrated lighting push costs higher. Materials and design complexity are the main drivers.
Maintenance schedule
Regular maintenance contracts typically offer better value per visit compared to one-off calls because routing, materials, and team scheduling are optimised. We offer monthly and bi-monthly plans. Pricing starts from AED 500 per month depending on garden size and service scope.
Project timeline
Rush jobs with compressed timelines carry a premium. Standard turnaround for design-and-build is three to six weeks. We always flag if your desired timeline requires a rush rate before you commit.
Permits and approvals
Some communities require approval for hardscape changes, fences, or structures. Approval fees and document preparation costs are itemised clearly in your quote so there are no surprises.
