Q: Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. You can select this option at checkout. Please note that COD availability may depend on your order value and delivery area, any restrictions will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Q: How will I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a summary of what you purchased. If anything in your confirmation looks incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 7034051 or email hello@greenbeetle.ae and we will sort it out straight away.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it or add and remove items. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded minus any payment processing fee. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. To request a change or cancellation, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 7034051 or email hello@greenbeetle.ae with your order number as early as possible.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, for a small fee of AED 10. You can add gift wrapping to your order at checkout. If you would like to include a personalised message with your gift, add a note at checkout and we will include it with the delivery.

Q: Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you require a VAT tax invoice for business purposes, contact us at hello@greenbeetle.ae with your company name and TRN number and we will issue one for you.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery in Dubai on orders over AED 249. Delivery to other emirates is quoted after you order. Orders below AED 249 carry a flat delivery fee of AED 50, shown as a separate line item at checkout before payment.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Next-day delivery across Dubai, occasionally up to 2 days at busy times. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next working business day.

Q: How will I know when my order is coming?

Before your order is dispatched, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your delivery window. Please make sure the contact number you provide at checkout is reachable, if we cannot reach you, your delivery may be delayed.

We deliver across Dubai, Sharjah, and the surrounding UAE emirates. Delivery to other emirates is quoted after you order. We do not currently ship internationally or outside the UAE. If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery coverage, message us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will confirm it for you.

No returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, at our choice. The same rule applies to plants and to every other product. To report a problem, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 7034051 or email hello@greenbeetle.ae with your order number and photos. Beyond that, plants are living things, so we do not offer returns, replacements or refunds based on how a plant does after delivery: its condition depends on the care and environment it is kept in. Garden maintenance is one plan: twice-weekly visits covering watering, mowing, edging, trimming, feeding, weed removal, and plant health checks, standard for every garden, on a six-month minimum contract.
