What to prepare
- Photos of the plot or garden, if you have them.
- Your community and, if known, the plot size.
- What you want: a new garden, a refresh, grass, irrigation or maintenance.
- How we get in: gate access, a contact on site and parking.

Dubai conditions shape every decision, so the visit looks at these first.
- Sun exposure
- How many hours of direct summer sun each zone gets decides which plants will cope with Dubai heat.
- Irrigation and water source
- What water you have, and how it reaches the plants, matters in a climate where almost everything depends on irrigation.
- Soil and drainage
- Soil structure and where water stands after watering decide what can be planted and how.
- Shade
- Existing shade from walls, trees or buildings, and where shade would help most.
- Dust
- Open plots and construction nearby bring dust that settles on leaves and affects what suits the space.
Free site visit or detailed site inspection
The free site visit is where we measure, photograph and discuss your goals so we can quote. A detailed site inspection is a different, separate service at AED 500, and that fee is not deducted from the job.
What your quote contains
Written, itemised quote. The price only changes if you ask for extra work or the site conditions differ, and we agree any change in writing first. Quotes are valid for 30 days. It describes the scope of work in plain language, with no hourly billing, and VAT is shown separately. Warranty depends on the materials used and is confirmed in writing with your quote. Timeline agreed in your written quote.
