How to Choose a Landscaping Company in Dubai
Last reviewed: October, 2026
Dubai heat, humidity, dust and irrigation water are hard on a garden, so choose a company that is licensed, quotes in writing and is honest about what plants can survive. Use the eight checks below, and ask each company the same questions.
- 1
A valid trade licence
Why it matters here: A garden built in Dubai heat has to be installed and maintained by a registered business, so you have someone accountable if something goes wrong.
How Green Beetle handles it: Green Beetle (FZE) holds a valid UAE trade licence, and we send a copy before work starts if you ask. See our trade licence page.
- 2
The same crew every visit
Why it matters here: Gardens in Dubai change fast in heat and humidity. A crew that knows your plants and irrigation spots problems early.
How Green Beetle handles it: Maintenance clients see the same team on every visit and get a monthly report.
- 3
A written, fixed quote
Why it matters here: Water, soil preparation and plant choice all change the cost of a UAE garden. A written quote stops the price drifting.
How Green Beetle handles it: Written, itemised quote. The price only changes if you ask for extra work or the site conditions differ, and we agree any change in writing first. Quotes are valid for 30 days. We send it within 48 hours of the site visit, with VAT shown separately. See how to book.

Honesty about plant survival
Why it matters here: Plants are living things, and heat, salt water and dust affect them whatever the contractor does. Be careful of anyone who promises that every plant will survive.
How Green Beetle handles it: We do not guarantee plant survival, for exactly that reason. For shop orders, No returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, at our choice. For landscaping work, Warranty depends on the materials used and is confirmed in writing with your quote.
- 5
A clear handover and care plan
Why it matters here: A new garden needs the right watering and care in its first weeks, and the right routine depends on your irrigation and exposure.
How Green Beetle handles it: On completion we walk you through the work and explain how to look after your plants. You can also ask about a maintenance plan.

References and reviews
Why it matters here: Photos of finished work and honest reviews show how a company handles Dubai conditions over time.
How Green Beetle handles it: Our Google rating is 4.6 from 51 reviews. Read them on our reviews page.
- 7
Notice period and contract terms
Why it matters here: Know what happens if your plans change, before you sign anything.
How Green Beetle handles it: Maintenance contracts have a six-month minimum term. After that, we need 30 days' notice, and leaving before the six months are up costs one month's fee. A confirmed service booking can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours of notice by email or WhatsApp, with no cancellation fee. See our terms.
