Springs gardens were laid down on the same engineered sandy fill as Meadows but with much shallower beds, so root depth is the binding constraint. A full lawn-front-and-back layout is rarely the right answer here. Most of the gardens we redesign end up with a paved or gravel section plus a smaller, easier-to-maintain lawn patch and a planted privacy screen along the boundary. Common starter projects include pergola or shade-sail installation (most Springs back gardens face direct afternoon sun), drip rebuild, and hedge replacement using lower-water alternatives like duranta or carissa rather than thirsty ficus.

We maintain Springs townhouses on a fortnightly cadence year-round for most clients, stepping up to weekly through the peak July-August window.
