About this plant
Guava is a bushy fruit tree with oval, textured leaves and white flowers that are followed by fruit. This listing is a 150 cm plant of the Pakistan variety. It needs full sun and a deep pot or a spot in the ground. Water regularly while it is young, keeping the soil moist but draining well. In Dubai summer that can mean watering every few days, and in winter about once a week. Feed with a balanced fertiliser during the growing season. Guava can grow into a small tree several metres tall, so it suits a garden or a large planter on a terrace. Prune lightly after fruiting to keep the shape.
