Yes. We come to your property, measure the space, take photos, assess sun exposure and drainage, and discuss your vision. No charge, no obligation. You receive a written proposal within 24-48 hours of the visit.

Can you redesign around existing trees and features I want to keep?

Yes, and we encourage it. Mature trees in Dubai are valuable and should not be removed unless they are dead or dangerous. We design around existing trees, walls, pools, and structures to refresh the garden without starting from scratch.

Do you handle residential and commercial landscaping?

Yes. We design for villas, townhouses, apartments with terraces, offices, hotels, factories, showrooms, and community spaces across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. The process is the same; the scale and material choices change.

What plants do you actually recommend for Dubai gardens?

Drought-adapted natives are our default: ghaf, neem, frangipani, bougainvillea, date palm, foxtail palm, desert rose. We also use Mediterranean species (olive, cypress) and tropical plants in shaded irrigated areas (banana, hibiscus, ficus). We avoid plants that won't survive UAE summers without constant babysitting.

6-month plant replacement guarantee — if a plant we installed dies within 6 months from causes other than neglect or damage, we replace it free. Hardscape (paving, retaining walls, planters): 1 year. Aluminum pergolas and structures: 5 years. We also offer a 30-day money-back promise on the project itself if it doesn't meet what we agreed in writing. Everything is in your project contract.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance after the design is installed?

Yes. Most clients add a maintenance plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits) that covers pruning, fertilizing, irrigation checks, pest control, and general garden care. Pricing depends on visit frequency and garden size. You can book it together with the install or separately later.
